Job Description

PTR Universal, a respected 50-year-old family-owned boutique real estate developer, is seeking a confident and energetic Office Admin & Assistant to join our team in Santacruz West, Mumbai. This is a full-time, permanent, in-office role where you will be the operational backbone of our office, ensuring smooth daily administration and effective communication.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming communications, managing telephonic and written correspondence with professionalism. Your responsibilities will span office administration, including supply management and equipment oversight, as well as key coordination tasks with site managers, vendors, and contractors. A significant part of the role involves meticulous physical and electronic document management, scanning, filing, and maintaining organized schedules and appointments for the partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all incoming telephonic and written communications (emails, letters).
• Oversee office administration, including supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for various office needs.
• Liaise with site managers and supervisors for daily progress updates.
• Handle comprehensive physical and electronic filing, document management, and scanning.
• Maintain meeting schedules and appointments for the partners.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a presentable, young graduate (or diploma holder) with at least one year of relevant work experience. Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent organizational and communication skills, willing to learn and adapt in a traditional, family-run business environment.

This role requires a reliable individual who can commute daily to our Santacruz West office. Only female candidates based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai should apply. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent spoken and written English (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong telephonic and written communication skills.
• Good organizational, administrative, and multitasking abilities.
• Team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• At least 1 year of relevant office work experience.

Education & Other Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Diploma required).
• Must be a female candidate based in Mumbai.
• Ability to reliably commute to Santacruz West, Mumbai.
• Willingness to start immediately.

Job Details & Benefits:
• Pay: ₹3,50,000 – ₹4,00,000 per year
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Schedule: Monday to Saturday, Day shift (10:15 AM – 6:30 PM)
• Location: Santacruz West, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Work in person)
