Key Responsibilities:
• Provide post-sale customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text, addressing a high volume of inquiries.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues effectively, typically in a remote call center environment.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve order-specific queries.
• Adhere to detailed procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and accurate service delivery.
• Perform manual or support-related tasks as part of an entry-level operational team.
