Job Description

The Telecaller serves as a vital link between the manufacturing company and its clients, handling both outbound and inbound communications to drive sales and provide exceptional customer support. This role is responsible for promoting products to prospective customers, addressing inquiries regarding pricing and orders, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. The position requires close coordination with internal departments such as production and dispatch to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely updates to clients. By maintaining detailed records in CRM systems and consistently following up on quotations and payments, the Telecaller plays a key role in achieving daily and monthly sales targets while building lasting relationships with B2B clients.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients to promote company products effectively.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to products, pricing, and orders with professionalism and accuracy.
• Explain product features, benefits, and applications clearly to customers to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Generate and qualify leads, then coordinate with the sales team for further action.
• Follow up with clients consistently regarding quotations, orders, and payment collections.
• Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to provide customers with accurate order status updates.
• Address customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets as assigned.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate for this Telecaller position must possess strong communication skills and a target-driven mindset to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. A polite yet persuasive communication style is essential for handling both enthusiastic customers and potential rejections with equal professionalism. Basic technical proficiency in MS Excel and email is required for maintaining customer databases and coordinating with internal teams. While prior experience in manufacturing or industrial products is an added advantage, the core requirement is the ability to multitask, follow up diligently, and work collaboratively with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support; experience in manufacturing/industrial products is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and the local language.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email for maintaining records and correspondence.
• Confident, polite, and persuasive communication style with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection gracefully and work effectively under sales targets.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills to manage client expectations and internal workflows.
• Key competencies include customer handling, sales orientation, multitasking, team coordination, and time management.
