The Email Support Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance through written communication channels. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries professionally via email, chat, and voice support, ensuring that every interaction reflects the company’s commitment to service excellence. The position requires providing accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely resolutions to customer concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism in all written correspondence. Working within an 8-hour shift structure, the associate will coordinate with internal teams when necessary to resolve complex queries and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers a flexible work schedule with 5 working days and 2 rotational week offs, making it ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic customer support environment.

Handle customer queries professionally through email, chat, and voice support channels.
