SimplyTrip Mobility Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join their growing team in Ghatkopar West, Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for converting warm leads into customers by delivering persuasive product pitches and effectively handling negotiations. This is a full-time, permanent position designed for high-performers who thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are eager to achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a high closing ratio.
Daily Outreach: Conduct 20–25 high-quality sales calls to engage with prospective clients.
Sales Management: Utilize advanced tools like sales pipelines and funnels to track and improve performance metrics month-over-month.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the supply and customer service departments to ensure a seamless experience and maximum satisfaction for every customer.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brand, professionally representing the company’s values during all interactions and objections.
Skill Requirement
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a strong foundation in sales and excellent interpersonal abilities. The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, possesses a relentless work ethic, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven atmosphere. Since the role involves significant communication, being well-versed in multiple languages and having a background in direct or telephonic sales is essential for building strong relationships and achieving consistent growth.
Educational Background: Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification.
Experience: At least 1+ years of experience in face-to-face or telephonic sales.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Professional Expertise: Proven ability to handle complex negotiations, manage sales triggers, and adapt to a high-performing team culture.
