We are hiring 5 Education Counselors for immediate joining. The role involves converting inquiries into admissions, achieving business targets, and providing excellent counseling. Responsibilities include lead generation through follow-ups, maintaining candidate databases, organizing seminars, and managing the full admission process. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Skill Requirement
Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience in sales and academic counseling. Essential skills include excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and convincing abilities, and a self-motivated, confident approach. Must be flexible, adaptable, and possess a strong work ethic.
