Karsan Healthcare is seeking a full-time Territory Manager (MR) based at our Panvel HQ. You will be responsible for managing all sales operations within a designated geographic area, with the primary objective of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Your role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key customers and partners, and implementing programs to increase market share. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Management, to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The position offers a monthly salary of ₹25,000 and includes benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, and paid time off.
Skill Requirement
Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of required experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a preference for 6+ months of experience engaging with Ortho & Gynae specialties in the same territory. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential. You must demonstrate the ability to analyze market and sales data to identify trends, influence decision-making, and capitalize on opportunities.
