Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized full-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact and ensure smooth front desk operations. This central role is vital for managing a welcoming environment and supporting daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and customers at the reception.

Manage the EPBX system to handle incoming calls.

Track all incoming and outgoing couriers.

Maintain daily records of tea, coffee, and lunch orders in Excel, and provide monthly summaries.

Order lunch for visitors and clients as required.

Record attendance for security and cleaning staff.

Place orders for admin materials and assist the purchase department with bill filing.

Supervise cleaning staff to maintain high standards of office cleanliness.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a helpful, customer-focused attitude.

Required Qualifications & Competencies:

At least 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.

Preferred fluency in English.

Must be comfortable working in-person full-time.

Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks with attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
