We are seeking an organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our key logistics hub in Bhiwandi. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe management of inventory and warehouse operations. You will directly supervise daily activities, maintain impeccable records, and coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless dispatch and product flow. This is a critical role that ensures our products are stored, handled, and delivered to our customers with the highest standards of quality and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory & Stock Management
• Maintain accurate real-time records for all incoming and outgoing stock.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system data.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment requests in coordination with sales and operations.
• Ensure all products are correctly labeled, coded, and stored according to defined standards.
2. Warehouse Operations & Supervision
• Supervise daily loading and unloading operations for our product range.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
• Optimize storage space and ensure systematic stacking of finished goods to prevent damage.
• Oversee the movement and storage of materials to minimize product loss.
3. Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners to schedule timely dispatches and deliveries.
• Prepare and verify all dispatch documents including delivery challans, invoices, and gate passes.
• Track shipments to ensure accurate and timely customer deliveries.
• Manage the documentation process for product returns and damaged stock.
4. Documentation, Reporting & Compliance
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records for all receipts, issues, and stock transfers.
• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on inventory and dispatch activities.
• Ensure all documentation is audit-ready and complies with internal and statutory requirements.
• Enforce warehouse safety, hygiene, and compliance standards, reporting any incidents promptly.

You must be an effective communicator and coordinator, capable of leading a team while managing multiple operational priorities with accuracy and efficiency. Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory management systems and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting.
• Excellent coordination and verbal/written communication skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all documentation.
