Job Description

The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of their department. This includes supervising team activities, coordinating workflow, and providing guidance to achieve company objectives. You will plan, schedule, and assign tasks to meet deadlines while upholding quality standards and compliance with all relevant policies.

Key responsibilities include:
• Following operational policies and procedures to ensure effective daily operations.
• Supervising, training, and mentoring team members to help them meet goals and perform optimally.
• Coordinating and monitoring team activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Assisting with planning, scheduling, and assigning work to team members to meet deadlines.
• Providing leadership and guidance to help the team achieve goals and resolve issues.
• Ensuring team compliance with all regulations and standards, including health, safety, and quality control.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a proactive and presentable professional with strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills. You must be capable of managing a demanding, on-site schedule and driving team performance through data analysis and stakeholder coordination.

Required qualifications and attributes include:
• Education: BBA, BCA, BSc, BCom, BBM, MCom, MBA, or PGDM.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hardworking, presentable, and able to manage a hectic schedule.
• Skill in analyzing and interpreting data to identify team performance improvements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders like customers, suppliers, and other departments.
