We are hiring a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to support our online growth across social media, SEO, content, and e-commerce. This role focuses on managing brand presence, generating leads, optimizing web traffic, and driving sales through integrated digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, schedule, and manage social media content; monitor engagement and report on campaign performance.
Conduct lead generation via calls (10% of schedule) and social media outreach; update and maintain lead databases.
Perform keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO to boost website traffic and rankings.
Write, publish, and optimize SEO-friendly blog posts; refresh old content.
Execute email campaigns, manage databases, and track engagement metrics.
Handle e-commerce product listings, optimization, and sales reporting.
Assist with general marketing strategies and stay current with digital trends.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will be skilled in social media management, SEO, content creation, and e-commerce, with a hands-on approach to multi-channel marketing.
Required Competencies:
Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Knowledge of SEO tools and practices (Google Analytics, Search Console).
Ability to write SEO-optimized blogs and marketing content.
Experience with email marketing platforms and e-commerce management.
Strong organizational skills for lead tracking and campaign reporting.
