We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our team and drive our growth in the competitive automobile market. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end sales process, from welcoming potential customers to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as a brand ambassador, utilizing your product knowledge and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships and meet sales targets. This position is ideal for a presentable, confident professional passionate about automobiles and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the vehicle selection and purchase process.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective follow-up and exceptional after-sales service to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Stay updated on product knowledge, competitor offerings, and automotive market trends to confidently address customer queries.

Coordinate effectively with the finance, insurance, and service departments to ensure a smooth and seamless customer purchase journey.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a polished appearance, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals. You should be customer-focused, goal-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of the automobile sales process. A proactive and positive attitude is essential to thrive in a target-driven showroom environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a direct sales role, with preference given to candidates from an automobile showroom background.

Excellent command of English and the local language, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Well-versed in the end-to-end sales process, including lead management, customer needs assessment, proposal presentation, and closing.

Highly presentable, confident, and able to build rapport quickly with a diverse clientele.

Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
