Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Lab Technician to conduct vital diagnostic tests that support accurate patient diagnosis and treatment. You will be responsible for performing a range of laboratory procedures, maintaining precise records, and ensuring the smooth operation of the lab. Your work will directly contribute to quality patient care and clinical decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and advanced tests in hematology, biochemistry, and microbiology.
• Handle specimen collection, proper labeling, and initial processing.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Record, validate, and ensure timely entry of test results into the hospital information system.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, organization, and safety within the laboratory workspace.
• Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing staff, and patients as required.
