Job Description
Our client is a global market leader in financial technology, serving millions of users across more than 30 countries. The company is making a significant strategic investment in India to architect and build its next-generation enterprise platform ecosystem. This role is at the heart of that initiative—creating brand-new enterprise products from the ground up, including a modern CRM, CPQ, Billing, Revenue systems, ERP integrations, and enterprise workflows. You will lead the architectural vision for greenfield systems, modernize legacy components, and establish a scalable global foundation for the next decade. This is a rare opportunity to design foundational products from scratch within a mature, global technology organization.
As a Staff Enterprise Architect, you will own the end-to-end architectural vision for a new suite of enterprise-grade products across Salesforce, integrations, CPQ/Billing, and internal business systems. You will design the target-state architecture, define strategic standards, and guide engineering teams across multiple geographies. Working closely with senior product leaders, you will translate business strategy into robust technical roadmaps. This role is perfect for a leader who excels in zero-to-one product building, thrives on complex system design, and is passionate about long-term strategic impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and design brand-new enterprise products, including CRM extensions, Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) platforms, billing, revenue systems, and enterprise workflow solutions.
• Define the complete end-to-end architecture for new integrations, automation frameworks, and entire application ecosystems.
• Build reusable blueprints, architectural frameworks, and accelerators to standardize development across new product lines.
• Lead Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Experience Cloud, ensuring scalable multi-cloud implementations.
• Design modern integration frameworks using leading iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi) and architect event-driven, API-first systems.
• Define the overall enterprise application strategy, establish governance standards, and create modernization roadmaps for newly built systems.
• Conduct architecture reviews, mentor senior engineers and architects, and ensure alignment with long-term technical vision.
Skill Requirement
We are seeking an expert Enterprise Architect with deep technical leadership experience and a proven track record of building large-scale, greenfield platforms. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on architecture skills, excels in cross-functional influence, and thrives in shaping technology direction from the ground up. You must be adept at balancing innovation with pragmatism to deliver scalable, future-proof systems.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in application/enterprise architecture, with at least 8+ years specializing in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience in zero-to-one product or platform development initiatives and greenfield architecture.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, CRM, and designing scalable multi-cloud implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience with iPaaS tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi for enterprise integration.
• Demonstrated ability in architecting Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows and revenue management platforms.
• Experience defining and governing architecture for large-scale modernization or new product programs.
• Exceptional ability to influence and guide engineering teams globally without direct authority.
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures, API design, microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
What Makes This Role Unique:
• Opportunity to architect a completely new suite of enterprise products, not just maintain legacy systems.
• Authority to define the foundational architecture that will be adopted by engineering teams worldwide.
• Direct influence on product strategy and critical engineering decisions at a global scale.
• High autonomy to set the technical direction and standards for next-generation platforms.
• Competitive compensation package coupled with significant long-term career growth opportunities.
