Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth within the hydraulic and piping projects segment, focusing on key industrial sectors. This role involves managing relationships with leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), particularly those serving major shipyards and the steel industry. The position is based in Mumbai and will require regular domestic and international travel to meet clients, oversee projects, and explore new market opportunities.
• Drive sales and business development for hydraulic and piping systems projects.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key OEMs in the shipbuilding and steel sectors.
• Execute strategic plans to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
• Represent the company at client sites, meetings, and industry events globally.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate must possess 6 to 8 years of direct experience in sales and marketing, specifically within the hydraulic and piping projects industry. A proven track record of working with prominent OEMs connected to shipyards and steel plants is essential. The role demands strong industry knowledge, excellent client management skills, and the flexibility to travel extensively.
• Minimum 6-8 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Hydraulic & Piping projects.
• Demonstrated experience working with leading OEMs, especially in the Shipyard and Steel sectors.
• Must be based in Mumbai and willing to undertake significant domestic and international travel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and strategic account management skills.
