You will oversee all phases from initial planning to final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your technical expertise and management skills will be critical in coordinating on-site activities and guiding the project team.
You will be responsible for:
• Project Management: Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget goals.
• Site Supervision: Managing daily site operations, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and conducting inspections for quality and safety compliance.
• Technical Oversight: Reviewing and approving engineering plans and providing guidance to ensure work aligns with design specifications.
• Quality Control: Implementing procedures to guarantee all work meets established standards, codes, and regulations.
• Budget Management: Assisting in budget preparation and tracking expenses to ensure financial efficiency and manage cost variations.
• Client Liaison: Acting as the primary client contact, addressing concerns and providing progress updates to ensure satisfaction.
• Documentation: Maintaining comprehensive project records, including contracts, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identifying and resolving on-site issues to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Project Planning & Scheduling: Ability to create timelines, coordinate activities, and track progress effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-resolution skills.
• Technical Design Proficiency: Skilled in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design software, with the ability to interpret blueprints.
• Quality Assurance: Knowledge of QA/QC standards, inspection procedures, and compliance requirements.
