In this pivotal role, you will lead our sales team, steering them toward achieving and exceeding revenue goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth, identify new business opportunities, and foster key partnerships. Your focus will be on managing and expanding our portfolio of vital client relationships, ensuring both satisfaction and loyalty. A key aspect of the position involves analyzing market data and sales performance to make informed decisions and accurately forecast future trends.

What You Will Do:
• Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve high performance and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement comprehensive, effective sales strategies and adjust them in response to market dynamics.
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to successful deal negotiation and closure.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Ensure prompt, professional handling of all client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maximize satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales metrics and team performance to senior management.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in high-end residential or commercial real estate markets.
• Strong leadership, team motivation, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
