Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive for the night shift. This role is crucial for managing HR operations, employee engagement, grievance handling, and ensuring compliance during night hours. The executive will support night shift staff, coordinate onboarding, manage attendance, and deliver a seamless HR experience, ensuring smooth night operations.
The primary responsibilities for this role include:
• Acting as the main HR contact for night shift employees, addressing queries and grievances promptly.
• Conducting regular employee check-ins and organising engagement activities to maintain morale.
• Assisting in onboarding new hires by coordinating documentation, induction, and IT setup.
• Monitoring employee attendance, shift adherence, and managing leave records accurately.
• Ensuring strict adherence to all HR policies, labour laws, and company regulations during the night.
• Managing the full exit formalities for departing night shift staff, including exit interviews.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Executive. Strong familiarity with HRMS tools, payroll coordination, and compliance requirements is essential for this position.
The necessary skills and qualifications include:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective employee interaction.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and various HR systems.
• Capability to work independently and manage all HR functions efficiently during night shifts.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to handle workplace situations.
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance specifically related to night shift operations.
• Previous experience in night shift HR within BPO, IT, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
