In this role, you will support our sales team in executing effective strategies, managing customer relations, and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will be a key player in helping the team achieve its targets through proactive assistance and detailed coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with organising and prioritising daily tasks.
• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or live chat with detailed information.
• Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records in the CRM system.
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer reports or questionnaires.
• Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Arrange meetings and calls between prospective clients and sales executives.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and manage outbound calls as required.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling and correspondence.
• Assist in planning and executing sales events and conferences.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate should possess proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar administrative support role. A good understanding of market research, sales principles, and office management is essential for success in this position.
