Job Description
We are looking for a highly versatile and talented Multimedia Specialist with practical experience across graphic design, video editing, social media, and web development. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with a strong grasp of visual storytelling, digital marketing strategies, and website management. This role requires a proactive professional who can blend these varied skills to significantly boost our digital presence and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Graphic Design: Create attractive graphics, illustrations, and layouts for online/offline marketing materials like social media posts, brochures, and banners. Develop brand assets and ensure consistent design across all platforms while collaborating on creative campaigns.
• Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional, educational, and social media use. Enhance content with motion graphics, effects, and smooth transitions, maintaining a style that aligns with the brand’s voice.
• Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Analyse performance metrics to grow engagement and followers, staying updated with the latest trends and tools.
• Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain company websites, ensuring they are functional, secure, and user-friendly. Optimise sites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness, and troubleshoot issues with timely updates.
Skill Requirement
The candidate must have proven hands-on experience in graphic design, video editing, social media management, and web development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and similar design software.
• Practical experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Strong knowledge of web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and CMS platforms such as WordPress or Shopify.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and current digital marketing trends.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
