Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Branch Administrator & Academic Counsellor to oversee daily operations and drive student success at our coaching institute branch. This is a multifaceted role combining leadership, administration, and student engagement. You will be responsible for managing the branch’s administrative staff, ensuring seamless operations, and playing a key role in admissions and academic performance. Your primary goal will be to foster a productive learning environment while achieving admission targets and maintaining strong relationships with students and parents.

Your core responsibilities will include:
• Managing and supervising the administrative staff and daily operations at the branch.
• Handling all documentation, file management, and reporting for admissions, academics, and general administration.
• Driving the admissions process, generating leads, and achieving monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
• Conducting personalized counselling sessions for students from 8th to 12th standard and their parents.
• Monitoring and managing student academic performance, implementing strategies for improvement.
• Motivating students to achieve their full potential and maintaining positive, supportive relationships.
• Ensuring smooth coordination between academic, administrative, and admissions functions.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for education. You should be comfortable in a multitasking environment, possess strong interpersonal abilities, and be driven to contribute to student growth and institutional success.

We require:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a reputed coaching institute or similar educational setup.
• Proficiency in computer skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, and relevant software.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Marathi, and Gujarati (verbal and written).
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team effectively.
• A target-oriented mindset with proven counselling and sales abilities for admissions.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibilities within the organization.
• A student-centric approach with empathy, patience, and motivational skills.
