Job Description

This is a full-time, in-person role central to managing the post-sales customer journey in real estate. The executive will act as the primary point of contact for customers after booking, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to final documentation. The core responsibility is to guide customers through all financial and legal formalities with clarity and proactive support.

Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding process for all newly booked customers.
• Coordinating with the accounts and registration teams for the timely processing of property registration.
• Assisting clients with the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation for registration and bank loans.
• Sharing required documents with banks and following up diligently to expedite loan sanction and disbursement.

Skill Requirement

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously. A customer-centric approach with patience and problem-solving abilities is essential to address queries effectively and maintain high satisfaction.

The specific requirements for the role are:
• Proficiency in handling customer queries related to payments, demand letters, receipts, and documentation with clear, timely resolutions.
• Strong coordination skills to follow up with internal teams (accounts, registration) and external agencies (banks).
• Meticulous attention to detail for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, payment status, and all documentation.
• Ability to conduct polite yet firm follow-ups with clients for due and upcoming payments to ensure collection within defined timelines.
