Join The Phoenix Corporation as a Business Development Executive and take ownership of driving growth in Western India. Based in Mumbai, you will be at the forefront of expanding our infection control and medical consumables portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will combine strategic sales planning with hands-on field execution to build lasting partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem. You will directly contribute to our mission by connecting hospitals, pharmaceutical firms, and medical companies with high-quality solutions that make a difference.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
• Proactively identifying, prospecting, and engaging new clients including hospitals, medical companies, and pharmaceutical firms.
• Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
• Conducting persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits of our infection control range.
• Collaborating closely with channel partners and distributors to execute effective promotional campaigns and drive market penetration.
• Monitoring industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Preparing and submitting regular sales performance reports and actionable market intelligence.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven professional with a solid foundation in medical sales and excellent relationship-building skills. You should be a self-starter comfortable with fieldwork and passionate about contributing to the healthcare sector.

The ideal candidate must possess:
• A Bachelor’s degree in B.Pharm, Biomedical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in medical consumables, pharmaceutical sales, or medical device sales.
• A strong understanding of the healthcare industry, its stakeholders, and current market trends.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A documented track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Western India territory.
• Ability to commute to/relocate to Andheri West, Mumbai, before starting work.
