Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our comprehensive cloud services portfolio. Your primary mission will be to drive sales and revenue growth for our offerings, including IaaS, Dedicated Servers, Colocation, Backup & DR, Microsoft 365, Security, and Managed Services. This role requires a strategic blend of direct sales, channel management, and customer relationship skills to capture new business opportunities and strengthen our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by driving sales across SMB, enterprise, and reseller channels. Prepare and present compelling proposals and commercial offers.
• Channel & Reseller Management: Onboard, develop, and manage a network of cloud resellers, MSPs, and system integrators. Design partner strategies and ensure compliance with agreements and policies.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, coordinating with technical teams to meet client needs and identifying upselling and renewal opportunities.
• Sales Operations: Maintain accurate pipeline and sales data in CRM (e.g., Zoho CRM), tracking leads through to closure and collections. Provide regular performance reports to management.
• Market Strategy: Monitor competitive activity and market trends. Provide strategic input for product and pricing launches, and represent the company at industry events and partner meetings.
Skill Requirement
he ideal candidate is a proactive B2B sales professional with a strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and a proven track record in complex sales cycles. You must be an excellent communicator, negotiator, and strategic thinker capable of working independently.
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of B2B sales experience in Cloud, Hosting, IT Services, SaaS, or Managed Services.
• Strong technical understanding of cloud platforms, data centers, and managed IT services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.
Preferred Experience
• Direct experience in reseller or channel sales management is a strong advantage.
