Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to manage and protect the organization’s legal interests through strategic advocacy, diligent case management, and comprehensive legal oversight. In this role, you will act as the primary legal representative, handling litigation, contract negotiations, and regulatory matters while ensuring all legal correspondence is addressed promptly and professionally. You will play a key role in shaping legal strategy, mitigating risk, and supporting the organization’s objectives in a dynamic environment.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Promptly reviewing and responding to all legal emails, letters, and formal notices.
• Developing and implementing the organization’s legal advocacy and litigation strategy to protect its rights and interests.
• Representing the organization in court proceedings, negotiations, and various legal disputes.
• Managing all legal cases, maintaining summaries and key dates, and ensuring proper documentation and weekly updates.
• Conducting thorough legal research to inform strategy and staying updated on relevant precedents and regulations.
• Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts to ensure legal soundness and organizational protection.
• Assessing legal risks and liabilities while developing mitigation strategies.
• Engaging in advocacy, lobbying, and representation in legislative and regulatory matters affecting the organization.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional with strong strategic thinking, advocacy skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases and responsibilities efficiently. Mandatory requirements and skills for this position include:
• A law degree and license to practice.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Legal Advisor or Lawyer.
• Experience in a real estate firm is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in legal research, case management, and contract review.
• Ability to develop litigation strategies and represent the organization effectively in legal settings.
• Proficiency in legal documentation, filing, and maintaining organized case records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for correspondence and advocacy.
