Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our footprint in the real estate market. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building lasting relationships with clients and partners. You will drive sales growth for our residential and commercial projects through strategic outreach, client presentations, and collaboration with internal teams, contributing directly to our market expansion and revenue goals.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities for residential and commercial real estate projects.
• Generating leads through site visits, channel partners, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, investors, and channel partners.
• Conducting project presentations to explain offerings, pricing, and payment plans clearly and persuasively.
• Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Assisting in planning and executing marketing campaigns, site events, and promotional activities.
• Tracking and following up on leads and client inquiries to ensure timely conversions.
• Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends and inform pricing strategies.
• Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Supporting documentation and coordination for bookings, agreements, and registrations.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and persuasive professional with a strong background in real estate sales. You should possess excellent communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to perform under pressure while maintaining a client-focused approach.
Mandatory requirements and skills for this position include:
• 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the residential and commercial real estate markets.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Experience in developer or real estate consultancy firms is preferred.
• Working knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate documentation is highly advantageous.
