Ghatpande Property Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Sales Coordinator to join our real estate team in Kothrud, Pune. This is a key support role focused on managing sales coordination, lead follow-ups, documentation, and client database management for residential property sales. The ideal candidate will be a vital link between potential clients and the front-end sales team, ensuring a smooth, organized, and professional sales process from enquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all back-office sales coordination, including handling enquiries, updating lead status, and maintaining client databases and trackers.
• Conduct regular and disciplined follow-ups with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email to nurture prospects and support conversion.
• Coordinate effectively with the front-end sales team for site visits, client meetings, and necessary documentation.
• Assist in preparing quotations, basic proposals, and follow-up communications for clients.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales, including file management, record-keeping, and report generation.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is an organized, reliable, and communicative professional with prior sales experience, preferably within a builder or developer sales office. You must be skilled at multitasking, disciplined in follow-up processes, and comfortable working in a structured, process-driven real estate environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Gender: Female
• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1–2 years of sales experience is mandatory. Experience in a builder/developer sales office is strongly preferred.
• Age Group: 22–35 years.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Marathi (both spoken and written).
• Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities, expertise in consistent lead follow-ups, proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets, and strong organizational skills.
• Location: Candidates residing within 2–5 km of Kothrud (near Alankar Police Chowki / City Pride) will be preferred.
