Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven, and trustworthy Medical Representative to represent Ronak Farma, a leading MNC, in Angola, Africa. In this comprehensive field-based role, you will be responsible for driving business growth across your assigned territory and province. Your core objectives will include promoting our pharmaceutical portfolio, generating order-based sales from trade channels and small clinics, managing a junior local field team, and ensuring strong market coverage and customer relationships to expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute territory plans to achieve maximum market coverage of sub-distributors, pharmacies, and small clinics.
• Promote company brands and products, focusing on generating prescriptions from clinics and converting them into sales orders through retail channels.
• Manage and mentor junior local field staff, ensuring complete area coverage, productivity, and adherence to company processes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including clinics, pharmacies, and distributors, to increase order value and frequency.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and demand trends, and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, ethical guidelines, and inventory controls, with no unauthorized pricing or stock handling.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, dynamic professional with strong sales acumen, team management skills, and the adaptability to work effectively in an international market. You must be result-oriented, possess excellent analytical abilities, and commit to learning Portuguese within three months of joining.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical field sales.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn Portuguese within three months (mandatory requirement).

• Leadership ability to manage, train, and motivate a junior field team.
• Self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently with initiative.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and province.
