Job Description

Seri Prints Private Limited is a premier manufacturer of high-quality screen-printed decals, with strong partnerships with leading two-wheeler manufacturers like Bajaj Auto, Triumph Motors, and Royal Enfield. As we expand, we are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator/Key Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between our key clients and our internal teams. Your role will be crucial in managing end-to-end customer service, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining the high level of satisfaction our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations & Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, building lasting relationships. Manage inquiries, provide detailed product information, and resolve issues to strengthen client loyalty.

Sales & Project Management: Process and manage all sales orders with meticulous attention to detail. Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals. Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and delivery schedules.

Inter-departmental Collaboration: Coordinate closely with Design, Production, and Logistics teams to communicate client needs and ensure on-time order fulfillment.

Process Improvement & Reporting: Monitor order progress, proactively address bottlenecks, and generate analytical sales and service reports for management insight.

Skill Requirement

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused professional with experience in manufacturing or a similar B2B environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Printing Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role, preferably within a manufacturing or printing environment.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of printing processes, experience with ERP/order management systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
