Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive the adoption of cutting-edge drone and UAV solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, managing sales cycles, and building lasting customer relationships across both B2B and B2C segments. You will receive comprehensive product training and have the opportunity to grow within the fast-evolving UAV industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and generate new B2B and B2C leads through cold calls, field visits, and customer references.

Sales Process Management: Handle inbound/outbound sales calls, understand customer needs, and recommend suitable drone/UAV solutions.

Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare and share accurate quotations, follow up diligently, and negotiate commercial terms to close sales.

Coordination & Support: Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and provide support for product demonstrations as needed.

Relationship & Reporting: Build strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business. Maintain accurate lead, call, and sales activity records in the CRM system.

Targets & Market Intelligence: Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets while gathering market and competitor intelligence.

Position Details:

Experience: 0-1 years in sales (Freshers are welcome)

Education: Any Graduation

Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

Skill Requirement

We are looking for an energetic and communicative individual who is eager to build a career in technology sales within the high-growth UAV sector.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduation degree.

0-1 years of sales experience; freshers are encouraged to apply.

Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Comfort and confidence with cold calling and direct customer engagement.

Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO) is preferred.
