We are YoBrokers, a service dedicated to making Registered Rent Agreements simple and convenient. We are expanding our team and seeking motivated Field Executives to provide on-ground support directly at our clients’ homes. This is an entry-level, field-based role perfect for recent graduates who are energetic, reliable, and ready to work hard. You will be the face of our service, ensuring a seamless process by coordinating between clients and our back-office team, and handling essential document delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visit clients at their homes to facilitate the online rent agreement process, providing consultation and support.
• Record client biometrics as required for agreement formalities.
• Coordinate closely with the back-office team to ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation.
• Physically deliver documents, inventories, and other materials to designated field locations.
• Perform other field and delivery-related functions as assigned to support operational flow.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for recent graduates who are enthusiastic, possess a strong work ethic, and are comfortable with extensive field travel. This role is designed for individuals beginning their career, offering valuable hands-on experience in client service and field operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred (Pass-out years: 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 only).
• Age Limit: Not more than 26 years as of October 2024.
• Experience: 0 to 3 years of work experience after 12th or graduation.
• Must have: Your own two-wheeler and a valid Two-Wheeler Driving Licence.
• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi is required.
• No prior experience is necessary; a willingness to work hard and learn is essential.
