Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller Sales Executive to join our team in a coaching institute environment. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and convert leads through proactive tele-calling and B2C sales efforts. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels in communication, thrives under target pressure, and is committed to driving admissions through ethical and persuasive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound tele-calling to prospective students and parents using cold calling techniques and provided databases.
• Generate and qualify leads, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our coaching programs.
• Guide prospects through the admission process, addressing queries and overcoming objections to secure enrolments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calling activities, lead status, and conversions in the CRM/system.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and counselling teams to achieve collective and individual admission targets.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment, preferably within the education sector.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (or relevant regional language).
• Prior experience in tele-sales, tele-calling, or sales, preferably within a coaching institute or educational setup.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work efficiently under pressure to meet daily/weekly targets.
• Ethical approach to sales with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Open to both female and male candidates.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
