Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth in the electrical insulation sector. This is a customer-facing role that involves extensive field travel within an assigned territory, where you will engage with both existing and potential clients, understand their technical needs, and provide tailored solutions to expand our market presence and increase sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive field sales activities.
• Expand business opportunities with existing customers by building strong, long-term relationships.
• Identify, develop, and onboard new customers in the assigned territory.
• Deliver technical presentations to showcase product benefits and applications.
• Maintain and expand the customer database with accurate and up-to-date records.
• Regularly gather and report customer feedback, business plans, and potential new opportunities.
• Prepare and submit sales forecasts and performance reports on a scheduled basis.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a strong technical understanding of electrical products, excellent communication skills, and a positive, adaptable mindset. This role is open to freshers or those with relevant sales experience.
Requirements:
• A good academic record; a B.E. in Electrical Engineering or a similar field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer engagement.
• Ability to understand and explain technical aspects related to electrical insulation products.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Readiness to travel extensively (approx. 75% of the time) across different industrial regions in India.
• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in field sales, B2B sales, polymer sales, or a related industry are encouraged to apply.
