Job Description
ReNNovate Interiors, located in New Cuffe Parade, Wadala, is seeking a Mumbai-based Junior Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 0-2 years of experience, who is ready to learn and grow in a dynamic design environment. You will report directly to our Lead Designer and be involved in projects from initial client contact through to final execution, blending creative design with precise technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with leads and potential clients to capture requirements and present design solutions.
• Translate client briefs into detailed CAD drawings, PowerPoint presentations, and professional quotations.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and convert leads into confirmed projects.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and oversee final project implementation for quality assurance.
• Develop SketchUp concepts into detailed, accurate AutoCAD execution drawings.
• Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and final quotations.
• Ensure all drawings meet company standards in dimensioning, layering, labeling, and version control.
• Maintain organized project folders, update drawing lists weekly, and preserve all design documentation.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive design graduate with strong technical software skills and a solid understanding of interior design workflows. Excellent communication and a keen eye for consistency and accuracy are essential.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in B.Voc or B.Arch.
• 0–2 years of professional experience in interior design or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Lumion is mandatory.
• Strong ability to communicate fluently in English.
• Meticulous attention to detail in drawing standards, documentation, and project management.
• Willingness to work from our Mumbai office in Wadala with reliable commute or relocation plans.
