Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Foundry Supervisor to oversee our daily manufacturing operations. This is a critical role requiring strong shop-floor leadership to ensure efficient production, strict quality standards, and a safe working environment. You will be responsible for managing the entire process from moulding to finishing, directly supervising the team to meet production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise all daily foundry operations, including moulding, melting, pouring, and fettling processes.
• Manage shop-floor manpower, shift activities, and workflows to ensure smooth and efficient production.
• Monitor production output to meet daily and weekly targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee safety compliance, housekeeping, and the implementation of 5S standards on the shop floor.
• Monitor product defects, analyze root causes, and coordinate closely with Quality and Maintenance teams for resolution.
• Ensure optimal use of raw materials and maintain strict process control to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.

• Experience in ensuring production targets, quality compliance, and strict safety standards.
• Ability to monitor defects, troubleshoot processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams like Quality and Maintenance.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology, housekeeping, and process control for efficient material use.
