Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, issue, and implement educational content, lesson plans, notes, tests, and assignments in line with the school’s curriculum and NEP 2020 philosophy.
• Create a safe, inclusive, respectful, and thriving learning environment conducive to both academic and emotional growth for all students.
• Deliver personalized, interactive instruction, manage the classroom effectively, and evaluate student progress through grading and constructive feedback.
• Integrate technology suitably into teaching practices and supervise students to ensure a productive, safe learning atmosphere.
• Plan and execute educational activities, events, and co-curricular programs that enhance the student experience.
• Maintain open, professional communication with families through progress reports, report cards, and parent-teacher meetings.
• Commit to continual professional development by attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions.
Skill Requirement
We are looking for dedicated educators with a strong command of English, an understanding of NEP 2020, and a passion for true teaching. We value practical skills and innovative thinking, welcoming both experienced professionals and enthusiastic freshers.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (B.Ed./M.Ed.) is compulsory.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the respective subject from an accredited Indian university.
• 3-4 years of teaching experience in a school affiliated with a recognized Indian board is preferred.
• Freshers with strong skills and a passion for teaching are actively encouraged to apply.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to build effective, professional relationships with students and families.
• Proven experience in developing curriculum, managing a classroom, and implementing age-appropriate instructional activities.
• A creative, out-of-the-box mindset with an understanding of NEP 2020 is highly valued.
