We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Lower Parel, Mumbai, and requires remote work with extensive travel. You will have the opportunity to promote transformative healthcare solutions while building strong relationships with medical professionals and institutions.
• Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute sales strategies to promote our cranial implant portfolio to neurosurgeons, hospitals, and clinics.
• You will be essential in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including medical professionals and institutional decision-makers.
• A key part of the role involves conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare providers.
• You will identify market opportunities, generate leads, and close sales to meet or exceed targets, while providing excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and goal-oriented professional with a strong background in medical sales. You must be an excellent communicator and negotiator, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while building long-term professional relationships. Extensive travel within the assigned territory is required.
• Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business (MBA/BBA) or Life Sciences (Pharmacy/Biotechnology/Biomedical Engineering) is required.
• Core Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales is mandatory. Proven success in a sales role within the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Key Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to learn product details quickly, understand industry trends, and collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams.
• Professional Attributes: Must be highly self-motivated, adaptable, and relationship-focused. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, alongside a willingness to travel extensively.
