We are seeking a proactive and skilled Female Business Assistant to join our team and provide dedicated support for our in-house sales and promotional activities. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for a marketing-savvy professional who excels at driving business growth through modern digital channels.
• Your primary responsibility will be to support and enhance sales activities through strategic business promotion across multiple digital platforms.
• You will be tasked with creating and managing promotional campaigns via email marketing (Mailers), social media channels, and broader digital marketing initiatives.
• A key part of your role involves assisting with content creation and audience engagement to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• You will contribute to the overall sales strategy execution from a digital perspective, working closely with the team to align promotional efforts with business goals.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in digital marketing and sales support. You must possess excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset to effectively promote business activities and engage with target audiences.
• Core Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in business promotion, digital marketing, sales support, or a similar role is mandatory.
• Essential Skills: Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are crucial for creating compelling content and engaging with stakeholders.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in managing email marketing campaigns (Mailers), social media platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Location & Logistics: Candidates based in or near the Western Suburbs of Mumbai are preferred. Must be able to work in person at our office location.
