Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a voice-based BPO process in Majiwada, Thane. This full-time, in-person role is designed for candidates with prior BPO experience or serious freshers who are fully aware of and prepared for the demands of a call center environment. The position focuses on professional customer interaction and query resolution.
• Your primary responsibility is to handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally, addressing queries, providing information, and ensuring a positive service experience.
• You will be required to follow defined call scripts and process guidelines meticulously to maintain consistency, quality, and compliance on every interaction.
• A key part of your role involves accurately updating customer details and case information in the system to ensure proper record-keeping and follow-up.
• You will be expected to maintain high call quality standards, adhere to compliance protocols, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a clear communicator who thrives in a structured, fast-paced call center environment. This role is strictly for individuals with BPO experience or freshers who understand and accept the specific work culture and demands of a voice process.
• Mandatory Experience: Prior BPO/Call Center exposure is strongly preferred. Experience from non-BPO sectors (e.g., sales field, retail, hospitality, teaching) will not be considered.
• Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and fluent English communication is essential for speaking with customers on calls. Basic customer-handling skills are required.
• Education & Logistics: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education is required. Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Majiwada, Thane. 100% shift availability and willingness to travel for work purposes are mandatory.
• Professional Readiness: Must be an immediate joiner (as per application question) and available for Day Shifts. A professional demeanor and ability to follow structured processes are crucial.
