We are seeking an organized and dependable Back Office Assistant to support our daily administrative and operational functions. In this full-time, in-person role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth office operations by handling documentation, data management, and internal coordination. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records to ensure easy access and accuracy.
• Support internal teams with data processing, report preparation, and basic correspondence.
• Help coordinate office activities and assist in scheduling and communication.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned operational and clerical duties.
• Adhere to company procedures and contribute to a well-organized workspace.
