Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Office Helper to join our team and ensure the smooth daily functioning of our office. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment while supporting general administrative and operational tasks. You will play a vital part in office upkeep, hospitality, and basic support services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including the pantry and meeting rooms.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors in a courteous and timely manner.
• Receive, manage, and distribute incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and mail.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Monitor and restock pantry supplies, snacks, beverages, and general office stationery.
• Prepare and set up meeting rooms before scheduled meetings or events.
• Run occasional errands outside the office as required.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is well-presented, proactive, and has a strong sense of responsibility. You should be honest, punctual, and comfortable performing a variety of support duties to keep the office running efficiently.
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 10th pass qualification (preferred).
• Prior experience as an Office Boy, Office Helper, or in a similar support role is an advantage.
• Professional appearance, polite demeanor, and a hardworking attitude.
• Basic ability to operate common office equipment (printer, photocopier, scanner).
• Own vehicle for running office errands as needed.
• Must be reliable, honest, and punctual.
