Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone familiar with the fast-paced environment of a construction office. The candidate will be responsible for facilitating smooth office workflows and providing essential support to our teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the office staff.
• Handle documentation, filing, and data entry related to construction projects.
• Assist in coordinating between site teams and the head office.
• Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-maintained.
• Support with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and receipts.
• Answer phone calls, manage correspondence, and greet visitors professionally.
Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience:
• Prior experience working in a construction company office is highly preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations (MS Office, email, data entry).
Required Skills & Attributes:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Must be proactive, punctual, and a reliable team player.
• Mandatory: Must possess a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license for office errands.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹35,000, based on experience.
