We are seeking a skilled and creative Unisex Hairstylist to join our dynamic salon team. Reporting to the Salon Manager, you will provide a comprehensive range of hairstyling and treatment services to our diverse clientele. Your role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences, from expert consultation to flawless execution of haircuts, coloring, and treatments. You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and contribute to our salon’s vibrant and professional atmosphere.
• Provide stylish and modern haircuts, blow-drying, curling, and updos for all hair types and genders.
• Execute professional hair treatments including coloring, highlights, smoothening, perming, and hair spa services.
• Conduct in-depth client consultations to assess needs, recommend styles, and suggest appropriate aftercare products.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety by sanitizing all tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Collaborate with the salon team to provide coordinated services and participate in ongoing trend training.
Skill Requirement
The ideal candidate is a certified stylist with proven experience in a fast-paced unisex salon environment. You possess advanced technical skills in cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities to build client trust and satisfaction. A professional appearance, a passion for current trends, and a commitment to hygiene and service excellence are essential.
• Diploma or certification in hairstyling/cosmetology and a minimum of 2 years of unisex salon experience.
• Proficiency in advanced haircutting, styling, and a wide range of coloring and chemical treatment techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client consultation and relationship building.
