Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert consulting and counseling to students on educational pathways and career planning.
• Engage effectively with students and parents through clear, empathetic, and professional communication.
• Assess and understand individual educational needs to offer personalized guidance and solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with students and families to create a supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to student retention and success by offering ongoing support and follow-up.
Work Environment & Benefits
• This position offers multiple engagement types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship, and Freelance.
• Full-time roles include a 12-month contract length and in-person work.
• We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₹30,000.00 to ₹60,000.00.

Skill Requirement
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong skills in Educational Consulting, Student Counseling, and Career Counseling.
• Excellent communication abilities to engage effectively with both students and parents.
• Proficiency in understanding, assessing, and addressing diverse educational needs.
• A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and foster a supportive environment for learners.
• Foundational customer service skills; proven experience in sales or client engagement is a significant plus.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a related industry or in a role working directly with students is advantageous.
