Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Packing Supervisor to manage the complete packing operations for our chemical finished goods. This pivotal role requires overseeing all three shifts, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant packing of both solid and liquid products. You will lead a team of Packing Assistants and workers, directly impacting our operational excellence and commitment to quality and safety standards. Your leadership will be essential in meeting production targets and maintaining a disciplined, clean, and hazard-free work environment.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Supervising and coordinating shift-wise packing activities for solid and liquid chemical products.
• Ensuring strict adherence to SOPs, batch packing records, and all safety guidelines.
• Allocating manpower effectively and monitoring the daily performance of the packing team.
• Guaranteeing the completion of packing targets as per the daily and monthly production schedule.
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping, discipline, and cross-contamination control in the packing area.
• Verifying all finished goods for correct labeling, batch numbers, seals, and documentation.
• Enforcing the proper use of PPE and compliance with safety and 5S standards.
• Controlling material wastage and packing losses through vigilant checks and team training.
• Reporting daily performance metrics, deviations, and incidents to the Factory Manager.
