We are seeking a motivated ITI Fitter graduate to join our team in a hands-on technical support role. This position is ideal for a fresher or intern looking to build a career in mechanical fitting and maintenance. You will assist senior technicians in the assembly, installation, and repair of mechanical parts and equipment, contributing directly to our production and maintenance operations. Your primary focus will be on executing tasks with precision, adhering to strict safety protocols, and supporting the team to ensure efficient workflow.
Your core responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the fitting, assembling, and installation of mechanical parts and equipment.
• Reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
• Performing measuring, marking, cutting, and fitting operations accurately.
• Supporting the maintenance and repair of machines under the guidance of supervisors.
• Following all company safety rules and established work procedures diligently.
