Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and meticulous 3D Interior Designer with exceptional visualization skills. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and presenting compelling interior design concepts specifically for healthcare and commercial projects, translating detailed briefs into realistic and inspiring visual representations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs for interior design projects.
• Collaborate closely with architects and interior designers to conceptualize and refine design layouts.
• Prepare and present mood boards, material boards, and comprehensive design presentations for client approval.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure the design intent is accurately maintained throughout execution.
• Assist in creating detailed presentation drawings, furniture layouts, and lighting concepts.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards and deadlines.
• Continuously research and integrate the latest design trends, materials, and rendering techniques.
Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a qualified professional with a strong foundation in interior design visualization and a proven track record in creating detailed, realistic renderings. Experience in specialized sectors like healthcare will be highly valued.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Expertise in 3D rendering software: 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and color theory.
• Proven ability to create photo-realistic renderings and animations.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in 3D Interior Design, Architecture, or an equivalent field.
