Key Responsibilities
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets within your territory.
• Drive both primary (distributor) and secondary (retail) sales for our Stevia product range.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, key retailers, and institutional accounts.
• Manage the sales pipeline: ensure stock availability, process orders efficiently, and oversee timely collections.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Analyze territory performance, distributor productivity, and market coverage to identify growth opportunities.

Skill Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a motivated sales professional with a background in FMCG, food, or health products. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills and a proven track record in domestic market development.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Management, Pharma, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in domestic sales, preferably within FMCG, Food, Nutraceutical, or Health products.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with modern trade channels and institutional sales.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools for reporting and tracking.
• Excellent presentation skills and a performance-driven mindset.
