Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable teachers for both Full-Time and Part-Time roles across multiple subjects and grade levels. Successful candidates will deliver engaging lessons, support student progress, and commit to a stable, long-term teaching association with our institute.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective lessons for assigned subjects and grade levels (ICSE 6–10 or JEE 11–12).
Create a supportive and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation and understanding.
Prepare students for board exams and competitive exams like JEE with structured syllabus coverage.
Develop teaching materials, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum goals.
Provide constructive feedback to students and track their academic progress.
Participate in periodic academic reviews and parent-teacher meetings as required.

Job Details
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Offline only)
Location: Bhosari, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune
Teaching Shift: Afternoon Shift (mostly 2:00 PM to 8:30 PM)
Pay Range: ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on role, experience, and hours)
Contract: Minimum 2-year commitment required
Skill Requirement
We are looking for teachers with strong subject expertise, a passion for teaching, and the ability to connect with students. Experience with ICSE or JEE curriculum is preferred, but freshers with exceptional knowledge and dedication are also encouraged to apply.
Required Skills & Experience
Subject Proficiency: Expertise in one or more of the following:
Physics (JEE Level – Class 11–12)
Chemistry (JEE Level – Class 11–12)
Physics & Chemistry (ICSE Level – Class 6–10)
English – Grammar & Literature (ICSE Level – Class 6–10)
Social Studies (ICSE Level – Class 6–10)
Computer (ICSE Level – Class 6–10) with knowledge of Java & Python
Strong academic background in the relevant subject.
Prior teaching experience with ICSE/JEE syllabus is preferred.
Passionate, disciplined, and student-focused approach.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Eligibility
Willingness to commit to a minimum 2-year contract.
