Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Furniture Designer to join our design team in Bhiwandi, specializing in outdoor furniture. This full-time, on-site role involves conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative furniture collections that align with our brand vision, customer needs, and manufacturing capabilities. You will work closely with production teams to bring functional, aesthetic, and market-ready products to life.
Key Responsibilities
Conceptualize and create innovative, functional designs for outdoor furniture, including seating, tables, loungers, and accessories.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, material specifications, and prototypes for production.
Collaborate with manufacturing, carpentry, and quality teams to ensure designs are feasible, durable, and meet quality standards.
Research market trends, customer preferences, and material innovations to stay ahead in design and sustainability.
Ensure designs align with Ventura’s brand identity and the practical demands of India’s diverse climate.
Participate in design reviews, modifications, and product development from concept to final production.

Job Title: Furniture Designer (Outdoor Furniture)
Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra (Thane District) – On-site
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Freshers may apply)
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for a designer with a strong foundation in furniture or product design, preferably with exposure to outdoor furniture or sustainable materials. A bachelor’s degree in design is required, and proficiency in design software is essential.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Interior Design, or a related field.
Knowledge and expertise in furniture design, particularly outdoor furniture.
Understanding of carpentry, materials, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and ability to translate concepts into functional, manufacturable designs.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate design intent clearly.
Willingness to relocate or commute reliably to Bhiwandi, Maharashtra.
Preferred Skills
Experience in sustainable design or eco-friendly material applications.
Knowledge of weather-resistant materials and outdoor furniture trends.
Previous internship or work experience in furniture or product design (freshers are encouraged to apply if skills match).
Good sketching and visualization skills.
